Relatives, guests, and passers-by are invited to an open house on April 16 from 13:00 to 16:00. The occasion is the opening of Miðstöð vinnu og virkni, a new, combined employment and activation service for disabled people in Hafnarfjörður. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the diverse activities across the Centre’s departments.

The open house will take place at both Selhella 7, where the Environmental Watch unit is located, and at Suðurgata 14. At Suðurgata 14, activities will be open on both the first floor, which houses the Centre’s communication and sensory stimulation areas, and the second floor, which focuses on physical and social activation.

The day will conclude with a short performance by the Centre Choir, featuring a selection of songs chosen by the choir members.
