Change to Local Development Plan for Three Units

On November 4th, an open house will be held at Norðurhella 4 from 09:00 to 15:00 where the following proposals can be reviewed:

Change to the local development plan for Ásland 4

The change involves converting 54 single-family house plots into 14 semi-detached houses and 14 townhouses. The number of apartments in the area will increase by 21. A residential core with 6–7 apartments is also planned. Comment period until November 27th.

Change to the local development plan, Vellir central area due to Tjarnarvellir 1

The change involves canceling the extension of the parking garage beyond the plot, and the floor layout will be modified. Comment period until November 27th.

Change to the local development plan, Skarðshlíð Phase 3 due to Tinnuskarð 24

The change allows increasing the number of apartments from 5 to 6, and one additional parking space will be added. Comment period until November 13.
