Christmas in Hafnarfjörður

Our fourth weekend in the Christmas Village will be delightful. The weather will play along with the visitors, but most of all, all the treasures there will bring joy to everyone. And what can you find in the Christmas Village this weekend? In our experience houses, the glass pavilions, there will be:

• Friday: Hafnarfjörður Tourism with the Hafnarfjarðarkortið
• Saturday: Kjötkompaní will offer visitors delicious Christmas tastings, freshly baked reindeer pâté, and other tasty appetizers on the festive table.
• Sunday: Edda’s Yarn Shop will have a full selection of yarn for Christmas knitting! Come see all the options!

• Blueberry has beautiful holiday decorations to delight both eyes and soul.
• Íslensk hollusta, celebrating its 20th anniversary, showcases products from Icelandic berries, herbs, and seaweed.
• Ás Department Store has Christmas items for children and adults—you’ll find socks, sweaters, pajamas, and hats at Ás!
• Sorgarmiðstöðin provides support and education for the bereaved and loved ones. Items will be available for purchase to support their work, such as guiding candles, keychains, heat packs, cocoa, and books.
• Arena Eco Shop features beautiful natural products: wool blankets, beeswax candles, incense, essential oils, herbal teas, and more. Arena is a lifestyle store.
• Agzu store will have handmade and upcycled products from candles, soaps, and jewelry to Polish clay items!
• Háafell Goat Farm brings natural products from the countryside.

• Helvítis offers flavorful jams and innovations using Icelandic ingredients.
• Matarkompaní serves game and sauces.
• A. Hansen provides all kinds of treats, hot cocoa, and sausages!
• Sölvanes and Breiðagerði from Skagafjörður—organic sheep farm and horticultural station—bring a selection of quality products from lamb to vegetables, jams, and salts!
• Fiskás has cured and smoked wild salmon, fish cakes, and horse sausage!
• Lángos cart with Hungarian specialties.
